Chunky Monkey
We had Keanan's 2-week well visit today and we discovered that he's huge. Generally, the goal is for babies to be back at birth weight by 2 weeks and/or to gain an ounce a day; Keanan weighs 9 lbs, 15 oz. and has gained nearly 3 ounces a day! Dr. Chad was so impressed by his growth that he said we don't need to come in for a 1-month check-up. I can't wait to see how much the little man weighs at 2 months!

What a perfectly huge little man! He's going to tower over the rest of the Hirst clan:) Love baby K!!
I'm not at all sure I'll be able to lift him by the time I get there! Good heavens, "healthy" somehow seems inadequate...
