Damian and I had our first night away from Ellie on Saturday. We enjoyed a great "babymoon" while Hillary and Jay watched Ellie. We started with a movie and then went to a nice hotel, lounged by the pool, and then ate pizza in bed and (best of all) slept in! It was such a nice little getaway before the baby arrives and we start pulling all-nighters. The best part was being able to enjoy it all, knowing that Ellie was having a great time with her best friend and her second mom. In fact, she cried this morning when we picked her up and she realized that she was leaving Hillwee...we tried not to take it personally. ;-)
Thank you SO much, Hillary and Jay, for taking such good care of Ellie and giving us the fantastic gift of a babymoon!

ANY time, we LOVED having her. She is precious and we are happy to have her much more when the new baby arrives. You guys are family and we are just glad that you were able to relax for a night! Next time you'll have to let us keep her for a weekend:)
