Thanksgiving in August

Today we went over to Nana's for a delicious Sunday lunch. She made roasted chicken, potatoes, roasted parsnips and potatoes, carrot and swede mash, cauliflower, peas, broad beans, yorkshire pudding, and three desserts -- including a pie with our freshly-picked billberries. Can you even imagine making all of that food more than once a year?! Damian sure misses it when we're enjoying our Sunday tradition...Taco Cabana. ;-)

Wow, that sounds awesome and no. . .I can't imagine putting that much effort into a meal each week!

I would love to see a video of Lesley in action in the kitchen. I can't believe that she can do all that in that small space. She should do a cookbook on Sunday dinners produced from a small kitchen!
